DANCE COMPANY

The Oak Forest Dance Company is a select group of passionate, dedicated dancers chosen to proudly represent our studio at competitions, conventions, and community events throughout the season. Company dancers receive high‑quality training in multiple dance styles while building confidence, teamwork, performance skills, and a lifelong love of dance.

Placement on the team is determined by audition and/or invitation. Selected dancers will train weekly in ballet, tap technique, hip hop, and dedicated rehearsal classes to support their growth and success.

This elite level is designed for dancers ready for a full competitive experience. Company 1 dancers will:

• Attend approximately 2–3 dance conventions
• Compete in 4–5 competitions per season
• Finish the season with one national competition
• Receive special opportunities to learn from guest choreographers

 This option is perfect for dancers who want the excitement of competition with a lighter commitment. Company 2 dancers will: 

• Train in ballet, tap, technique, rehearsals, and optional hip hop
• Attend approximately 2–3 local competitions
• Enjoy fresh, fun choreography created by our talented in‑house instructors
• No national competition required
